Aquarius, 11th house, Uranus archetype represents liberation from conditioning patterns - parental, societal, past life memories.

Uranus represents subconscious or individuated unconscious mind. When you repress something, it goes into subconscious mind - Uranus.

It represents rebellion against the known and the limitations of society. This is necessary for evolution to proceed.

The majority of people conform to society's values and standards. It takes a great deal of courage to develop one's individuality, to become a group of one.

This allows you to create a lifestyle that reflects one's totality. The ultimate sense of security (Cancer) is found within, in the inner living Universe, not from without through acceptance by society.

People who demonstrate courage to individuate, change the nature of their attraction function (Venus), and begin attracting like-minded souls.

The location of Uranus, Aquarius in the birth chart shows the ways in which the soul intends to liberate in this lifetime. Example: Uranus in 4th house wants to liberate through seeing through all forms of insecurity.

-----------------------

Capricorn is the archetype of protection.

When we were young, we were being protected by parents and caregivers to keep us safe. We are kept safe by restrictions like: Not to touch the stove. Not to run out of the gate because it is dangerous. These rules and boundaries are meant to protect us in our childhood upbringing. This is the Capricorn archetype: the instinct to protect.

In our adult life, we can be staying in the zone of unconscious inner child that is still looking out for the ''parent'' to protect us. It can be in the form of a boss or a teacher.

As we grow emotionally, we are learning to take charge of our lives to be our own parent rather than needing an external authority to parent us. We are growing out of the inner child that still needs external protection, so we reclaim our inner authority.

As we grow, we are dismantling the coping mechanisms of our personalities shaped by our childhood environment.

Example you were the responsible child at home during growing up years and you shouldered the responsibility of taking care of your siblings. When you grow up, you see yourself in the same pattern of taking responsibility for others and overdoing to help others.

The growing up years of being the responsible person was a personality you took on to feel approved and loved. Unconsciously you continue to wear this costume, and taking up responsibilities that do not belong to you.

It was a external persona that was a coping mechanism that makes us feel worthy and loved.

We are freeing ourselves from childhood learnt behaviors that keeps us secured and approved.

We are breaking free from the old structures and definitions to recreate new definitions for ourselves.

Some old definitions we learnt while growing up:

- What it means to be successful

- a need to prove ourselves

- a need to struggle and suffer

- a need to fit in

- Fears of take risks, not feeling ok to fail

- old definitions of power, leadership

- feeling we are too small, that we constantly need protection from someone, constantly seeking external approval or a need to prove ourselves.

We are stepping out of the old patterns of what it means to be successful so we are rebuilding and redefining ''who we are'' for ourselves.

Capricorn is the instinct to grow out of the old outdated restrictions that was meant to protect us, so we are growing into our true self and redefining our authority from within.

Liken to the mountain goat, that climbs the steep mountain, we are climbing our own mountain, overcoming our internal fears, obstacles, limitations, to become our fullest and highest potential of who we can be.

Over time, we are stepping into our inner authority to become an elder and guide for others, offering the emotional security protection to the community to support others in their growth journey. Because we have walked through and gained wisdom and experiences from our own journey.

Therefore Capricorn relates to time, how we grow, mature into our self mastery over time. It is how we overcome personal fears and restrictions; setting new boundaries, new identity for ourselves, redefining our roles in the social that reflects our innermost true self.

Retrogrades - Retracing Steps

When a planet retrogrades, we ''are retracing our footsteps"

Re-thinking, re-evaluating and redoing our past actions.

Through self reflection, we draw new insights.

We gain clarity on how to redo old circumstances in a new way.

This leads to accelerated growth.

What is previously not working and how we can do it in a new way.

Going inwards and spend introspective time

''Retrace our steps'' in order to move forward... in a new way.

------------------------------------

What does retrograde mean?

The motion of the planet when viewed from the earth, appears as if it is ''moving backwards'' is termed as retrograde.

Due to relativity of motion of the orbit of the planets around the Sun, it appears as if the planet is moving backwards, when viewed from the earth, although it is not the case.

The outer planets like Pluto, Neptune, Uranus, Saturn retrograde about half of the year.

---------------------------------

- Neptune in Pisces is stationed to retrograde from 28th June2022 till 8th Dec 2022, from 25degree to 22degree.

Keywords for Neptune: Ocean; Spirit; deepest meaning; dissolving old identity; letting go mental constructs/ illusions; gain clarity; void; endings of a cycle

What is dissolving and ending in your life? To path way for the new? A habit, a belief, a self image...

It can feel like a loss of grounding, no where to stand, a feeling of void and not knowing.

This can give rise to insecurity and a need to grasp onto something familiar, and grasping to the old way of doing things...

Do you also feel the old way of doing things need to change now?

----------------------------

Restlessness

My experience: Feeling of restlessness

The more I feel being blocked, the more restless I become:)

I become more restless than ever, when a part of me feels "I am unable to take action''...

The part of me that wants to be in control.

What my mind wants to do, my body feel the ''drag'' and unable to follow through...

Mind vs body.

My will vs Thy will...

I am learning to listen to my body awareness instead of my mind.

----------------------------------

Thoughts for Neptune & Saturn retrograde:

(Saturn in Aquarius retrograde from 4 June till 23 Oct 2022, from 25deg to 18deg)

Where do you feel blocked and asked to let go of the old habits?

Doing what feels natural and ease, compared to thinking about what ''I should do'', because it has always been done this way and it worked before.

Doing what is joyous, you feel you are in the flow and what is more ''you'' (Saturn in Aquarius),,,

What are you dissolving (Neptune) and rebuilding (Saturn)?

In Libra archetype, our instinct to interact with a diversity and different types of people.

Scorpio is our instinct to merge and become one with what we desire.

We connect more intimately with those people with whom we feel more drawn towards and the relationships that empower us.

Examples are marriage and close friendships. We form deeper bonds and intimacy to share ourselves physically and emotionally with another.

In the process, we are transformed by absorbing and becoming one with that which symbolize power.

This can be a person, relationships, death, sex, rituals, taboos, money, status, a system of knowledge (astrology, religion, philosophy), yoga, meditations whichever that symbolize power to you.

Scorpio/ Pluto/ 8th House correlates to the Soul.

Scorpio themes

- Soul's natural impulse is to evolve and transform.

- The process of evolution is liken to the process of metamorphosis from caterpillar to butterfly.

- A process of death and rebirth: elimination of the old self identity (Caterpillar), we come face to face with ourselves and confront our own fears and limitations (in the cocoon) and experience rebirth, emerge a new form (butterfly).

Merging

Scorpio is the archetype of merging and becoming more of who we can be.

Merging, committing and becoming one with that which you desire. It can be the song you always wanted to sing, and the career you desire.

For example, you sign up for a singing class in order to fulfill your dream to sing on stage; obtaining a certificate in Counselling Psychology to prepare yourself for the next career.

By acquiring the skill sets you need, you become self empowered from within.

Confrontation

You come face to face with yourself about who you are, who you are not, and who you cannot be.

- You become aware of your personal limitations and what you need to overcome in order to evolve. Example: by absorbing and merging with others' skill sets and resources, you become more empowered.

- You dive deeper into psyche to examine: what are your deepest unconscious sense of security? Hence it symbolizes obsessions, compulsions and resistances to change and growth.

Example: Unconscious attachment to a self image and status which gives you approval and security, hence resisting change.

Transformation:

 - At one point, you experience a full completion of a cycle, endings of past attachments and self identities. This can be experienced as powerlessness, loss, betrayal or abandonment. The feeling of the ''emotional rug of security'' being pulled away from underneath your feet. You are being thrown back into yourself to find the inner symbols of power and transformation. From within.

The intention of these experiences is to eliminate any external dependencies for source of power.

As you turn inwards to connect with your inner strength and inner resources, you are transformed. This enables you to internalize emotional security from within.

In this way, you can merge with others in a self reliant manner, which adds to what you are.
